5,000L Complete Liquid / Powder Mixing Plant with HMI Process Control (ATEX / FLP)

Complete process mixing plant designed for the controlled manufacture of liquid and powder-based products, incorporating HMI process control and fully integrated powder induction / circulation mixing.

Plant comprises:

• 1,200L Liquid Make-Up / Pre-Mix Vessel
  Pneumatically driven FLP ATEX high-speed mixer, mounted on load cells for accurate batching.
  Complete with RO water feed and 4 x liquid product feed lines.

• 4,500L Main Mixing Tank
  Stainless steel water jacketed mixing vessel fitted with FLP ATEX agitator.
  2.2kW geared drive, 32rpm paddle stirrer for bulk blending and holding.

• Silverson Flash Mixer (Powder Induction / High Shear Circulation)
  18.5kW, 2880rpm, FLP ATEX Silverson Flash Mixer Type FUX 50, complete with powder feed inlet.
  Designed to induct powders, mix, and circulate directly back into the 4,500L main tank for rapid dispersion.

• HMI Process Control System
  Integrated controls for batching, mixing and transfer, including finished product discharge / feed to production areas.

Ideal for production of creams, gels, detergents, and other liquid / powder formulations requiring controlled high-shear mixing in an ATEX environment.
