Used 7,500 litre stainless steel jacketed mixing vessel, vacuum rated, manufactured by NETZSCH, model PMD-VC 7500 (Mastermix type).

The vessel is approximately 2,100 mm internal diameter × 3,150 mm straight side depth and is fitted with:

• Base-mounted slow speed anchor stirrer – 15 kW

• Top-mounted high speed cavitation disperser – 75 kW

• Hydraulic raise/lower system – 2.2 kW hydraulic power pack

Designed for high-viscosity and vacuum processing applications, typically used in coatings, adhesives, sealants, inks and similar products.

The stainless steel mixing chamber is approximately 1,950 mm diameter × 1,950 mm deep, with dished top and bottom, and is fitted with:

• 1 × 30 kW central anchor scraper mixer

• 2 × 75 kW off-centre high-speed incorporator mixers

All mixing elements are hydraulically driven.

The stainless steel chamber is mounted within a mild steel support frame, approximately 3,000 mm × 3,000 mm × 5,000 mm high.

The unit is currently dismantled for storage and ease of transport.

Previously used for mixing cementitious grouts and high-viscosity construction adhesives (“No Nails” type products).

Product Description:

This 3,000L stainless steel jacketed combination mixer is designed for industrial applications, providing robust mixing capabilities. The chamber features a diameter of 1,600mm and a depth of 1,550mm, with a dish bottom leading to a 100mm diameter outlet. The unit is equipped with a mild steel steam jacket, enhancing its temperature control during processing. It includes four off-center mounted paddles and an off-center sawtooth dispersion disc for versatile mixing operations. The mixer is supported by a stainless steel bridge and lid, with hinged sections on both sides for easy access.

Heavy-duty 2,200 litre stainless steel enclosed combination mixer designed for demanding mixing, dispersion, and powder incorporation applications.

The vessel measures approximately 1,530 mm diameter x 1,200 mm deep and features a dished bottom with a 50 mm diameter outlet. The tank is fitted with side mounting pads and supplied on mild steel legs with trolley wheels, allowing repositioning within the plant.

The mixer is supplied with a stainless steel bridge to suit multiple agitators, incorporating hinged access lids on both sides. A safety grid on the operator side allows access during production while the stirrer is in motion.

Agitation System

1) Anchor Scrape Agitator
Centre-mounted stainless steel anchor profile, driven by a 5.5 kW TEFC geared motor at approx. 30 rpm. Fitted with PTFE hinged wall scrapers to ensure effective wall cleaning and heat transfer. Suitable for combination mixer applications up to 2,000 L.

2) High-Shear Mixer
Off-centre, top-entry Rigal Bennett EH753-63 Shearhead Mixer, supplied new.

• 3-phase, 2,880 rpm drive

• 130 mm diameter general-purpose shearhead

• Stainless steel product-contact parts

• Flange-mounted to bridge with lift-out hook for servicing
  Designed to provide high-shear agitation for rapid dispersion and blending.

3) Incorporator / Marine Paddle Mixer
Off-centre Rigal Bennett GP553-63 incorporator mixer, driven by a 5.5 kW motor, operating at 180–500 rpm.
Fitted with a stainless steel shaft and three bush-mounted 450 mm diameter marine impellers, providing strong axial flow for powder wet-out and bulk mixing.

Supplied with a tank-mounted, powder-coated control panel featuring:

• Individual start / stop controls for all three mixers

Stainless steel Rigal Bennett Combination Mixer suitable for a wide range of mixing, dispersion, and homogenisation applications.

The 2,000 litre vessel measures approximately 1,320 mm diameter x 1,400 mm deep and features a 225 mm deep conical bottom tapering to a 100 mm diameter outlet for efficient discharge.

Fitted with a top-entry, bridge-mounted stainless steel anchor agitator, driven by a 4 kW geared motor at approx. 30 rpm. The anchor is equipped with PTFE hinged wall scrapers to ensure thorough mixing and improved heat transfer.

An off-centre high-speed sawtooth disperser, driven by a 7.5 kW motor at approx. 2,880 rpm, is mounted on a mild steel raise/lower frame, allowing accurate positioning of the disperser within the vessel.

The mixer is supplied on a mild steel working platform measuring approximately 2,200 mm x 1,600 mm, with a working height of 630 mm. Overall height approx. 3,550 mm.
